Job Number: 2010 07 30 Title: Screw Machine Operator - Multi-Spindle Shift: 2nd (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., M-F) Descripton: Qualified applicants must have a minimum of two years screw machine experience with Wickman experience a plus. Must possess strong math aptitude, have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and have the ability to communicate effectively in English both written and orally. High School Diploma or equivalent. Job Number: 2010 08 06 Title: Industrial Electrician Shift: 1st (6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., M-F) Description: Must be competent in programming PLC’s using RS Logix 5, 500, and 5000. Ability to program using Factory Talk View is a plus. Must be familiar with motors and gearboxes, AD/DC controls, PLC's, VFD’s, instrumentation, and HVAC systems.Working knowledge of replacing and repairing electrical components up to 480 VAC, 3 phase and motor control systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; understand, test and troubleshoot motor and other types of controls; and be able to troubleshoot, repair, replace and upgrade all types of electrical circuits.Must be familiar with the National Electrical Code.Must be comfortable working with high-voltage three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, switchgear and many other types of equipment.Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment. Recommend and perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment.Ability to install new equipment, along with associated wiring and controls. Ability to perform as a multi-skilled tradesman a must. Ability to work in confined spaces. Job Number: 2010 08 18 Title: Q.A. Associate Technician Shift: 2nd (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. M-F) *Training will take place on 1st shift for the first 3 months Description: Duties include recording test data and applying statistical quality control procedures; and setting up and performing destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics. Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years related experience. Knowledge of statistical analysis, precision measurement, and industrial practices. Ability to perform hardness testing with Rockwell scales. Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and orally. Please indicate Job Number.
